灃頌 FountSong 是一間來自台南的小型烘焙坊,由主廚領軍,擁有近二十年專業烘焙經驗,曾在台北長期投入實作與研發,後於竹北獨立經營四年,如今返鄉落腳台南,以更純粹的步調繼續把麵包做到最好。 我們使用自家培養的天然酵母,並搭配長時間低溫發酵與適合品項的穩定工法,讓麵包自然熟成、口感飽滿。 原料以進口麵粉、歐洲奶油、動物性鮮奶油為主,堅持配方單純、少加工、讓味道回到原本的模樣。 灃頌的品項涵蓋歐式酸種麵包、經典鹽可頌與台式懷舊風味,以職人技術結合台灣在地飲食習慣,慢慢做出每一顆踏實可口的麵包。 我們相信,好麵包來自對每個細節的理解與選擇,是日常裡能放心分享的味道。
About Us|FountSong Bakery
FountSong is a small artisan bakery based in Tainan, led by a head baker with nearly 20 years of professional experience. After years of hands-on practice and product development in Taipei, and four years of running an independent bakery in Zhubei, we’ve returned to our hometown of Tainan to continue baking with a slower, more thoughtful rhythm.
We cultivate our own natural yeast and use long, low-temperature fermentation, along with appropriate and stable methods for each type of bread, allowing every loaf to develop its flavor and texture naturally.
Our ingredients are carefully chosen—primarily imported flours from France and Japan, European butter, and animal-based fresh cream—favoring simple, minimally processed recipes that bring the taste back to its honest roots.
Our offerings range from sourdough European loaves to signature salted croissants and refined Taiwanese-style classics. Combining craftsmanship with local preferences, we bake each piece with care and intention.
We believe that good bread is not just about momentary delight— it's something you can trust, enjoy, and come back to, day after day.
