灃頌 FountSong 是一個專注天然發酵與單純原料的麵包品牌,全品項皆使用低糖或無油無糖麵糰為基礎,搭配原料單純、不過度加工的內餡設計,不使用化學添加,提供風味純粹、口感扎實而自然的日常麵包。
我們選用來自法國與日本的進口麵粉,以「已無添加」的原材料為首選,並自家培養天然酵母,透過長時間發酵取代任何膨脹劑或添加物,讓每一口麵包的香氣與層次自然展開。
產品涵蓋酸種歐式麵包、經典鹽可頌、與升級版的台式懷舊麵包,融合歐日技術與台灣人的飲食習慣,做出適合日常、值得反覆選擇的麵包。
灃頌重視原料純粹與製程透明,選用歐洲產地奶油、動物性鮮奶油等安心食材,做出我們自己也每天都會吃的麵包,才安心端給客人。
我們相信,好的麵包不只是一時的美味,更應該是生活中能反覆選擇、長久陪伴的存在。
FountSong is a bakery dedicated to natural fermentation and simple, honest ingredients.
Most of our breads begin with low-sugar or oil-free doughs and are paired with minimally processed fillings—without artificial flavors, emulsifiers, or leavening agents.
We use premium flours from France and Japan, cultured European butter, and dairy-based cream.
Our sourdough is made in-house and slowly fermented to bring out depth and character.
From sourdough loaves to classic salt croissants and modern takes on Taiwanese favorites,
we combine European and Japanese craft with local taste to create breads that feel familiar, yet thoughtfully made.
